Devices in the ECS-R range consist of an electronic monitoring system with SIL2 integrity level to be combined with the Logic IS1L clamp.
Thanks to the device’s integrated electronics, dynamic and constant grounding monitoring can be carried out during tank car loading/unloading operations. This system is able to detect a resistance of less than 10 Ω and, in case of non-compliance with safety values, immediately stops the process and warns the operator.
The range includes different solutions that can be installed in Zone 1/21, in Zone 2/22 or inside an electrical cabinet mounted directly on a DIN rail (Safe Area).
