The Logic dosing system of the Eclipse C series is an automated machine for the preparation of liquid raw materials for the cosmetics and fragrance and essence industries.
Eclipse C is integrally made of a robust stainless-steel structure, which is also available in an ATEX-certified version, ensuring maximum operational safety.
The rose can be extended to up to 45 raw materials, offering extensive customization options to meet your specific needs.
Equipped with advanced PLC control system and SCADA touchscreen interface, integrated with the Logic BatchPack production traceability management system, this machine allows you to monitor and track the dosing done and the consumption of raw materials, providing data back to ERP / MES systems.
Key features:
- Dosing valves made of anodized aluminum and equipped with PTFE seals, available in various sizes from DN 25 / 5, using patented proportional technology. Possibility of hygienic CIP / SIP design with AISI 316L body and FDA seals, Clamp inlet DIN 11864-3 DN15
- WIP (Wash In Place) system for automatic valve terminal cleaning after each dosing, using pressurized CIP fluid.
- Flush-mounted dosing scale with dimensions of 1500×1500 mm, capable of handling loads up to 3,000 kg, with the possibility of adding an auxiliary scale for accuracy down to 1g.
