The Logic dosing system of the Eclipse R series is an automated machine for the preparation of liquid raw materials for the cosmetics and fragrance and essence industries.
Eclipse R is integrally made of a robust stainless steel structure, which is also available in an ATEX-certified version, ensuring maximum operational safety.
The rose can be extended up to 120 raw materials per module, offering extensive customization options to meet your specific needs. The Eclipse R module can work with other modules serviced by anthropomorphic robots.
Equipped with advanced PLC control system and SCADA touchscreen interface, integrated with the Logic BatchPack production traceability management system, this machine allows you to monitor and track the dosages made and the consumption of raw materials, providing data back to ERP / MES systems.

- Dosing valves made of anodized aluminum and equipped with PTFE seals, available in various sizes from DN 12 / 3, using patented proportional technology with G ½” F inlet. Possibility of hygienic CIP / SIP design with AISI 316L body and FDA seals , DIN 11864-3 DN15 Clamp inlet
- WIP (Wash In Place) system for automatic valve terminal cleaning after each dosing, using pressurized CIP fluid.
- Geometric / useful capacity of 30 lt / 35 lt with cylindrical container AISI 304/316L diameter 300mm and height 550mm, with wide possibility of customization
- Distribution plant with separate and dedicated raw material lines
- piping for chemical industry / fragrances – essences: PA11 15x12mm
- piping for cosmetic industry: PU FDA / PTFE 15x12mm with CIP / SIP of the whole line without disassembly of components
