Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 Regulation (EU)
2016/679 (GDPR)
1. Data controller
The Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679, is LOGIC S.R.L., with
registered office in Via del Tovo, 5/3 – 27020 Travacò Siccomario (PV), Tax Code and VAT
number 00842600181.
2. Purpose of processing, legal basis, data retention period and nature of provision of data
A) Web Site Navigation
The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or of
third parties, provided that the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
requiring the protection of personal data do not prevail. Furthermore, the processing is necessary for
activities strictly related to the operation of the site and the provision of the navigation service on
the platform. The data is stored for the duration of the browsing session. For navigation see the
cookie policy. With the exception of what is specified for navigation data (which are necessary in
order to allow navigation of the website), the user is free to provide personal data.
B) Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the
LOGIC S.R.L. website or by filling in the forms in the “Request for assistance” and “Contacts”
sections of the website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary
in order to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the request.
C) Marketing
Following specific consent, given by means of a flag in the “Contacts” section of the site, corporate communications of a commercial nature may be sent to the e-mail address indicated. Consent to marketing may be revoked at any time by writing an e-mail to: commerciale@logic-pavia.it.
3. Data Communication
The data of a personal nature provided will be communicated to entities that will process the data as
data controllers (Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as authorised persons acting under the
authority of the Data Controller (Art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above.
4. Data Transfer
Personal data provided will not be transferred to countries within the European Union or to non-EU
countries.
5. Profiling and automated decision-making processes
No decision-making processes based on automatic processing, including profiling, are used in the
processing of data.
6. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal
data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection to the processing of their data, in
accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
The request can be made by sending:
- a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to LOGIC S.R.L.;
- A PEC to the address logic-pavia@pec.it;
- an e-mail to commerciale@logic-pavia.it.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial remedy, if the data subject considers that
the processing of his or her data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, he or she has the right
to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Supervisory Authority
www.garanteprivacy.it), pursuant to Article 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679.
7. Further information
The controller reserves the right to change, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its
own discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate such verification, the notice will contain the
date of update.
