DOSING SYSTEMS
The Eclipse range of dosing systems originates from the needs gathered over the years from our customers in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. Depending on different formats and requirements (quantity and accuracy) Logic is able to customize the machine with different layouts (Eclipse C M and R).
The patented design of the proportional actuation system with closed-loop control makes it possible to achieve excellent performance in both flow rate and dosing accuracy.
- Dosing valves in different materials (anodized aluminum, AISI 316L) in sizes from DN 12 to DN 50 with Hygienic Design according to EHEDG requirements and with CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sterilization In Place) possibility and WIP (Wash In Place) cleaning system of the dispensing terminal for maximum hygiene of all external parts.
- Electronic vs. pneumatic. Totally electronic handling control and fully proportional dispensing control system via our patented actuation system and patented system to move the dispensing nozzle directly to the center of the machine.
- Innovative, clean design for maximum cleanliness, ease of assembly, disassembly and maintenance of all machine parts.

- Fully customized designs available, either with circular layout of valve arrangement, in-line with dosing on modular track, or via patented system to move the dosing nozzle directly to the center of the machine
- Solutions from 10 to 120 raw materials per single machine, customizable for dosing in any type of container (from a few cl up to 3,000 lt)
- The range of dosing roses is also available with ATEX certification. Eclipse series machines are equipped with PLC control systems and SCADA touchscreen interface integrated with the Logic BatchPack production traceability management system (internal link on the site page) and upstream with the most popular management systems on the market
- Possibility of realization of fully robotized plants through the use of anthropomorphic robots enslaved and operating 24/7, equipped with automated container handling systems, in-line stirring stations for optimal mixing, and stockpiles entirely designed on the needs of customers, with containers
- The machines are equipped with the latest control and supervision technologies, are fully integrable in our customers’ production plants, with connection to ERP management systems and connected to the Logic BatchPack weigh traceability system (internal link on the page).
