Thanks to this “Remote Assistance” it is possible to diagnose or modify programs and carry out long-distance maintenance without the need of physically being on site.

In case of malfunctioning of your computer or PLC, or in case of any event that leads to the loss of the above mentioned data, it will be possible to restore them with the version of the latest back-up by means of a remote link with LOGIC S.r.l. and get back to business as usual, reducing plant down-time to a minimum.

Scheduled calibration

Only by using regularly-calibrated equipment you can get the best performances.

LOGIC S.r.l. manages and carries out “Scheduled Calibration” tasks for the following equipment:

LOGIC S.r.l.’s technicians/sales reps will come to your facility free of charge and prepare a tailored offer. No need for you to remember any schedules anymore because LOGIC S.r.l. technicians will contact you 20 days before the expiry of the scheduled calibration date and set a new appointment when it best suits you.

Technical document – Risk analysis

l Consolidation Act on Safety DM 81/08 obliges the employer to take the necessary countermeasures in order to comply with the minimum safety and health requirements according to the degree of technical evolution. LOGIC S.r.l. is able to support you technically through the following services:

Elaboration and drafting of the technical file of the plant, including:

  • Analysis of risks and essential health and safety requirements (RESS) according to Annex I of the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC. Design of protection devices for machines and assemblies of machines according to the methods indicated by the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC and related harmonized standards.

Drafting of Use and Maintenance Manuals for machines and assemblies of machines:

  • Definition of the instructions for use of the system Definition of residual risks and instructions for exceeding them

Supply Service for the drafting of the documentation in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 on the safety of work equipment.

Travelling costs (per kilometre and including out-of-pocket expenses) will be indicated in the final balance

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the HOURLY rate, all TRAVEL and ACCOMMODATION costs (mileage allowance, train or plane tickets, board and lodging expenses etc.) will have to be reimbursed upon submission of relevant supporting documents. The above mentioned conditions shall include also the travelling time to and from our head office in PAVIA and the place where assistance is to be provided.

Total distance in kilometres to and from our head office in PAVIA and the place where assistance is to be provided. Per km: Euro 0.60/Km
